After sign-up you will receive an email with our athlete questionnaire with detailed questions about YOUR training and racing history, life, schedule and goals. Simply email that back to me. I’ll then set up a call or meeting with you to discuss what we find and then we’ll craft a truly individualized training plan based on your answers.

Provide feedback to your coach throughout the program on an unlimited basis. Let me know the results of key workouts, races, any issues, family commitments, etc. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to the training schedule and we can chat anytime you like. I am always here for you!

Who the Individual Level Program is best for:
The Individual program is good for athletes with goals of general improvement and/or performances in local or regional events and for those who have relatively predictable work and family schedules with similar amounts of time to train each weekday (such as a M-F 9-5 job with more time on weekends to train and do events). The advantage of this program is its individualized training tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Who the Semi-custom program is best for: This program works well for those athletes who want a customized training program that works with their personal schedule and life demands and who want a little more personal attention in the form of consultation time with their coach. You will receive a monthly plan that will be adjusted to reflect constraints on your training time, target events, areas of strength and weakness, and recovery ability as discussed with your coach. Plan can be updated once throughout the month if your situation changes. Contact can be as frequent as needed but is client initiated. Your coach will want to hear from you often, but if he or she doesn’t it will be assumed that you are doing well, following the program, and don’t need immediate attention.

Who is the full-custom program best for: The Custom level program is for those athletes requiring a completely customized training program that works with their personal schedule and life demands and includes a high level personal attention in the form of consultation time with their coach. This program is highly recommended for athletes who have constantly changing personal schedules, athletes that travel frequently, and elite or developing elite athletes. Plans can be delivered in weekly or monthly chunks as you prefer and can be updated as often as necessary when your situation changes. Contact can be initiated by coach or client as often as needed.
